Your focus is off.
I suggest you do what Blizzard and HappyTauren did with their sword icons:
focus on the transition between handle and blade.
That way, this icon will actually represent the sword as a whole.

anyway it doesnt look orcish to me I get the whole rig-rag blade shape it looks like it can be orcish but I just find the Icon-meh

I intentionally didn't show most of the blade, as i have more than one sword with the same blade. By showing the blade, they'd be hard to tell apart. The major differences are in the handle.

Why are you having so much unused space, try to fin angles which will show most of the sword, make some parts thicker than they are, icons don't have to be completely same as the model...
And this one is actually the nicest from all of the previous ones. 4/5 +rep
