I downloaded it and, yeah... it is blue... wtf, bug? Why is blue when it's downloaded and cheese when uploaded??

The color seems to be contrasted. Blue is contrast of yellow, you can just look at ATC borders to figure it out. UPG and ATT as well.

lols, it's probably about the way you exported them out of gimp. RLE compression usually tends to fuck things up, but if converted well in magos, there should be no problems (also, it makes your icon 32bit so no worries).
