Well, as i see in the description it says "Blizzard Fan Art" which means you took a pic off of the website and you uploaded it up here. Furthermore i see this is your first icon so i can ask if you made this or not. I'm not arguing with you, this is strict rules and it has been broken from the past week and a half.
