As on thought that the bottle is impressive itself, a minor work in the background won't hurt. I know that item icons were supposed to have black backgrounds, but I prefer some weak glow around it :3

I immediately thought that the shape of the bottle is a bit off - the base isn't symmetrical, and the neck seemed a tad crooked. This goes for your minor health pot as well.
