you forgot the lines, but added a light source... and both things werent the thing i meant. with light source i meant that you should make the light come from one direction (no light!!) and add some highlights and shadows.

and never saw older people? they dont have skin like babies...

well, no, what i mean is that the skin itself should have some darker and some lighter parts. not every part is equally enlightened because your face isnt flat.

Anyways, the strong highlights on the ear make it look plastic :S

This just needs too be re-done, make the "ear" and the "guy" look more realistic and then make the demon have a better shape, as his hands look bad at the moment.
