I think you took a bad perspective, it looks like a head in poo 
well, the one of the best perspectives is the one from the side.
the colors are alright, especially the head is great. But the body of the duck is very undefined.
sorry, I have to say that I dislike this position.

Just move camera a bit up and and rotate it by ~35 degrees right and try that angle

Did you make this freehand or just from a screenshot of the model?
I think -BerZeKeR- means, if you made it from a screenshot, that you could rotate the model.

No, I actually think that this perspective is okay, you just have to shade and highlight the body in correct way. Also, category... Modern Warfare?!?! xD

Ducks have recently been studied under interpol (International Police). the theory is that they have a chromosome in them that allows them to move their mouth at a super-fast rate in a chomping rampage, and scientists are trying to extract this chromosome to fuse with the hands of Interpol (The Band) so that they may beef up their tunes and make lightning fast riffs that melt the faces of enemy forces.
Ontopic: SOOO COOOTE, though as previously stated, lighter shading on the body could improve the perspective. maybe even a background? As of now, it looks like he's on camp with his scout buddies and its his turn to tell the horror story.
