That icon i made for some sort of targetable dash, where orc becomes lightning bolt and materialisez when passes through enemy, by that hurting him from inside. Can also be used for roar-like -spell

Looking good, it appears fitting more for a wraith, than an Orc, but it doesn't matter, the user can use it for whatever he/she wants. To be fair though, If there's not three fangs, the two ones that I see appears to be on one side of the head only.

As always, I see something different than what you intended. I personally see a wraith in lightning form, but that's close enough.
