This one is the best although the lightning doesn't look like much of a lightning... you see it's not that filled, it's more like magic... well, I can't explain it...

Anyway, you can make the lightning more sharp, that's how people say lightning are made... it's easy if you practice a little, look at some lightning spell icons and follow the lines, then try to make one yourself.

The passive looks really good. 5/5, I can't give you +rep yet, I gotta spread some.

I'm a big fan of the original books from HappyCockroach. Glad to see more icons in the same style. =)

My only complaint would be that the enabled icons are a bit blurry/pixilated (it's a bit too much detal scaled down), and the disabled ones are very blurry. Maybe it's just me.
