Sin'dorei300: Leaving aside the figure's anatomy(a symbolic one), the color palette is too poor and those lightnings might look more natural, both in color and shape.
Also, the atmosphere that involves an aura is not much present.

If you add a couple more lighting waves in the top left corner where there is black space it would make the icon stand out more in my oppion. But, overall really nice!
