Since it's mostly greens on the image, you can try paletting it, that should both reduce the size when compressed and also not cause lossy smudges due to compression.

Why BTN Border remains on the ATC version. Please remove this Border.

If your referring too that line on the top of the ATC, thats always there when using converters.
