Way to blurry, and it doesn't look like ice more like a fog.

I like the overall concept, But it is way too blurry at the moment and the hand seems too have no ice or frost on it.

Would be nice if it was actually ICE!!!!, it looks like Fog Summon or something like that, the name doesn't fit it much, but the quality is nicish^,...,^

That may be true, but i really suggest you either remove or fix up the "fog" you have on your icon at the moment.

Read the description. It's not against the rules to edit existing blizzard icons. It is not CnP if you take an existing icon and edit it from there.

This is true but once someone had edited the doom icon and got it rejected so i dont know whats going too happen towards this icon.
