It looks kinda nice, but also boring. Zoom in, and show some details. The green background doesn't really fit the icon though. Maybe a other color, or some crystals or something. Also, it looks more like a ice sword. I will rate after updates.

This is actually so much better than your last icons.
But there is the matter of the size of the sword. You need to enlarge it to make it look more defined. maybe just focus a bit more on the hilt and show the sword going off the icon.

Try to make a more creative BG. thank god its not one solid colour, but two colours smudged around randomly, is only one step better than that. The BG is supposed to make an icon exciting and creative. one the BG is fixed, it will look 200% better.

Its looking ok so far but really fix the things i mentioned. And it kinda looks like a lightning sword rather than an ice sword

The sword is nice when zoomed in.
But if it is used in gameplay, I think it doesn't look like a sword, because of the background. More like just a bolt of lightning for me.
