Not sure what its shooting. It looks like a blurred image, you should tone down how much you blur your pictures, or it could just be a very soft brush. Put more work into it so we can see a shape, maybe something that resembles a bolt being shot from the hands of an angel or something, anything will help this icon become something other than blurred colors. Remember, execution is key, and if you want people to say your work is good, you need to put more work into it.
