Icon is ok, but that cross or stick-sign what ever that he/she is holding is too thick, otherwise the icon is fine.

Yes, it would be nice, but the glowing is too large and the figure is too small. So please try to fix it, good luck.

Seems like you cropped an image out of another and reshaped it.. in my opinion.. due to the fact that its quite blurry. I would fix the blurriness.
