Well its not useful at all, it doesn't fit any model, and what kind of a spell could use this as an icon? Well here's a 3/5 from me - if it was useful I'd give you a 4/5.

i like it, though it could've been angled more to the side cos he currently looks like he doesn't have any teeth.
