Don't like any of items you made, they are overshaded and look unnatural, also lacking the blizzard feeling.

All your icons shading and contrast are too harsh. Try to tone that down. Because you're not bad at making icons at all. You just need to chillax with the shading.

This is awesome! It totally fits Gnoll Mechanic model. Although it's a little bit dark, you did a good job creating this icon. It would be better if it was a bit lighter in contrast. The two guys above me are right. It just needs a little less shading and don't be too harsh when doing so.
