Apheraz Lucent: Though this is close to being accepted, those random splats in the background don't fit the theme nor they look nice on this icon. The extension of the arrow towards it's other end seems very curved and anatomically not correct.
Work on the background more. Since it's a glass icon, some smooth and gentle glow coming out from the arrow on light blue background will do nicely.
Also, try to define the outlines of the icon a little bit more, just to see what you can get.

I'll leave this on pending so that you can get some more comments and suggestions.

Don't know how to make one... I think I can rotate the icon and make it smoke or something, that's maybe better?

Well, take a look or two at the Trueshot Aura and at Night Elven Attack Upgrade Icon. You can get some ideas from there.

The arrow still looks misshapen, maybe if you could apply some shadows to the bottom right side, it would look realistic, because without them, it looks badly warped.

Its not, the name is not creative, its something glossy with spirits roaming around inside it...
The name actually has nothing to do with the icon...
