I didn't know what that was, so I googled it 
Turns out your icon is strikingly similar to the actual thing so good job.
Since there aren't any models that could suit this icon I think this could be used as an assassin's spell in dark themed maps or something. I like the idea and the icon is good. The many icon types you offer are pleasant too.
You forgot to complete this one: ReplaceableTextures\ATTGarotte.blp
