Usually, the fire isn't just in the middle of the stick, and most people uses fabric to wraps it around the stick.
But looks good.

Heres a bigger version. PM me if you want the psd. Its actually not supposed to be a stick on fire... more a flaming stick It was made a for the "flaming stick of hitting" in my map and as such is not really a torch.

Only thing i would add is make the top of the stick a little darker (Black) since the flame is directly on top burning it.
