Hawkwing: The glow ends really abruptly and the sword is quite small. There is also some suspicion of lack of freehand.

This definitively needs some type of a background, freezy cloud (glow) or something... and as a sword icon, it shouldn't look like that, the whole sword placed on the whole icon does not look good... (to me) make it so the handle and the beggining of the blade can be seen
