may i suggest to make the frost effect brighter? it's not quite visible when it resized to icon size.

The background makes it boring. Maybe make the weapon cover more of the icon?

Looks good in the full size. However, I think the frost effect is lost when you resize it. The background also makes this blade look really bland. Maybe making the weapon bigger will help?
