Coloring of the three arrows could use some subtle gradual transitions from shadows to the highlight point. For example like in your other icon:

Also shape the middle arrow more accurately, more symmetrically. Background looks good, but give it bit more contrast, make the darkest hues darker to detach foreground from background.

Ok ill see what i can do.

I may change all the positons up of the arrows like the icon you showed, I'm not sure yet.
