enjoy: You can't just draw some lines of white and blue, smudge them, and say "oh it's some ice blast!". This lacks a proper object, and you have really overused the smudge. Not useful. Rejected.

no its not a recolor,but it used the same way to make it,i have a recolor for this one i call it(shock ray)its just the same but yellow,any way thanks

It's not a recolor, but it still looks like your other icon. It looks like a feather of some sort, lol. Probably phoenix down from FF, if you played it.

I mean yeah you made the blast bigger in this one and the color is different , but i would add snow particles or like aura in places indicating that its very cold, or something like that.
