The hand is weird. Try to hold your hand like you was imagening the hand on the picture to look, and look at your hand while you draw. The plant looks awesome though.

and why it makes it wierd, it is also because the fingers aren't curved enough,

The thumb is a bit too long. Anyhow, if you will make the thumb shorter and ask the moderator if it's any better, just then update it(if the moderator will tell you it's fine), you won't screw anything up.
