The side at the back has some weird propotions, you might want to fix that.

And, this goes for all of your icons, you need to improve your glows, make them around the objects, so they are somewhat symmetrical with the object instead of just (as you do now) doing a radial gradient. Just use a brush with 0 hardness and create the glow by hand.

Hmm i created some bg but its not very good(dont know what does mean hardness in language of my gimp :/)

It looks way better now, although it is too solid (because of the hardness of the brush).
Hmm. I don't know GIMP, but try to follow this one and lower the hardness on the brush you are creating to zero.

You need to define the armor alot, i see a whole bunch of scrap metal here. Also the BG could use some work.
