A bit too realistic, and the nose is missing, a bit improved shading there could help out.

EDIT: Appears more like a skin. Somehow, two-dimensional.
Proper solution: Enlargen the eye, cut some pieces of unnecessary skin away.

Or enlargen it until no nose is needed.
