Recolors of Blizzard icons are not allowed (especially if they are that blurry) unless they are very useful. You request credits for yourself, yet you do not credit Blizzard from whom you parctically "stole" the icon. This needs some serious editing and changes. Do something on your own, different from recoloring, and it may get approved.
