Again, i only see red and yellow lines, i see no blast here. I would get rid of some of those red and yellow lines and create a blast somewhere. Maybe some like this.

Try and add some glow to it, the glow being stronger near the blast impact point (for Panda is right about it not really looking like a blast).
Maybe a slightly diffirent type of fire effect near the blast point too.

Well it still needs something like that, even if it's a missile.
It just looks like random fiery lines, which isnt very usefull for an icon.
