Besides you have posted an icon much like this before. The handle is not defined and the outside line should be another color.

Don't use red as the main color.. that just is a bad idea, i would either do the color scheme like this of my buddy's axe, or do something other than red.

ok, says it all. though it is from hell, you shouldn't use flat red. add some details to make it more like of a hell feelin'. you know?.. and don't make a straight flat axe head and make the handle more visible. You might want to put some lava cracks.
