You could also make a variant from this icon,

I don't think I'd want to be healed/empowered by something that looks so... destructive. But since it can be used as a holy storm from the heavens wreacking holy meteor havoc on enemy armies, it's awesome just the way it is

Maybe you can just make an alternative, thinner rain version (similar to the droplets you used in your blizzard icon) for healing rain.

This is true, as the name doesn't really matter it could be used multiple ways!
