Proper shading, nice use of colors and not too monotone. I love the eyes though they are only a small feature. The face looks awesome, really like a Faceless one.
The nose looks a little(?) weird? Though it's ok.
Complete set of icons, from BTN to SSC! Nice effort you put into this.
The icon is a bit full, but it's a great quality of your icons- space. It covers the needed parts and has a good outline that defines it from the background and other parts of the face.
I love the angle and perspective, where the light comes from, the highlight, the attention. Just everything. =))
