1:ATC border needs fix, you need to make the sides black instead of the color of the icon. (Put passive border than the ATC border on)
2:Looks good but the detail of the so called "eye" isn't good, because its just a golden circle.
3:Backround looks good at the moment.

It's what ever you want it to be I was just looking at a dollar bill and i saw the eye at the top of the pyramid and was like...... hhhmmmm thats how i'll start my icon! With an oval!

EDIT: FIXED THE ATC BORDER

Well... half of it was mirrored. Right now, it doesn't look like an eye, it doesn't look like anything at all. You might wanna work on the shape for this one, and don't mirror things in future, useful tip.
