You should remove the red glow in the background. Seeing as this is a screen-shot- I wont rate it. You should also change the author to Blizzard.

Are you blind? He repainted it with a brush. It was a screen-shot, he painted over the screen-shot his own palette and brush. That makes it his. Because he based the screen-shot to make his own painted one.
