well, i do see some uses for this. could be an item to increase exp-rate, could be a button that u can click to see exp of other heroes, and other things like this.

The text looks odd. mabye you should take off the beavel emboss (assuming you used photoshop) if not try redoing the text. other that that it looks great!

Iam not alone in my opinion that is realy useless icon. And so just type "EXP" and add colors and effects i think its not enough to approve the icon.

I could certainly find uses for this icon, you only need to be creative. Also, I almost never care about if the icon might have been easy to make or not. Sure it might be simple, but as long as it looks good and can be used that's what matters to me.

It would be good if you sharpen the text a bit though, right now it's a bit blurry.
