This is a sword imbued with some sort of blue magic.
Blue magic is generally associated with mana, water, ice, etc...
Give credits and do not redistribute, blah blah.
Credits to KelThuzad for his icon tutorial and TDR for his colour blending tutorial.
Update1: Changed the blue fire to blue... bubbley stuff or whatever.

very good. but the blue fire on top of the blade is very bad. you should fix it so it looks more real

I'll get to work on the fire later today, thank you for your suggestions.
As for the shape of the sword, it is not being swung, it is held in place. The fire is not there to indicate motion, but to indicate that the sword has been empowered.

Well, I used a different rune and the lower left corner is a different pattern, but I could certainly change the glow around the blade to something more sublime rather than fiery. I'll work on that right now.
