I do like the variations a lot, although the icon looks a bit too clean in my opinion. It's not a bad thing, just very easy to notice the ultra HD quality lul

That's sort of what I tried to "correct" about the original icon, it looked too clean and 3D in a way, wanted to make one that looks more hand drawn. I don't think it's too bad ingame.

I agree that this helps dodge some of the 'too-clean' look of the one Jigrael himself made. I think the only thing that gives me pause is the framing; something about it just gives her a really child-like air. It almost looks like a baby/very young girl with a headdress, coy & innocent & innocuous. Which isn't bad, it's quite evocative... But I'm not sure it totally fits the model (which I took to be an adult, and presumably cunning/crafty).

Maybe slightly taller (less round) face? Or a bit more of a pout? Or some kind of 'hitch' around the eyes? Ah dannae.

I think the only thing that gives me pause is the framing; something about it just gives her a really child-like air. It almost looks like a baby/very young girl with a headdress, coy & innocent & innocuous. Which isn't bad, it's quite evocative... Well the biggest reason this is the case is the eyes, I originally drew them differently, but then got carried away making her more cute

This is the original eyes version with just 1 pixel enlonged face, but I'm not sure if I wanna bother reverting all the rest versions to this.

Ah-ha! Yeah I can totally see it; makes a big difference!

I totally get not wanting to go through updating them all (and heck I may be in the minority; maybe everyone else loves the big-eyes version). That being said, I think I personally definitely prefer the one you've posted here; any chance you could send it? ^_^

You got me questioning myself haha, I think I agree with you that the older version is more fitting for the model, but at same time I do like the cute eyes as an art piece, the idea was going for murloc-like eyes.
Changing it would be annoying, and I don't wanna post both versions either.. So Idk. But here you go the files for the version you prefer:
