Fire looks more like some weird goo or maybe ligth than fire. and it wont look like dragon, but it could be used as ligth breath skill for snake.

Still doesnt look like a dragon, if you want to make it look like a dragon then change the head shape to something more dragonic. Take a look at some dragons from warcraft and other things. Their head is like

Not ears excactly, but some kind of scales on his head, though the update seems better than the previous, I think this can be called as a dragon now.
