I have a hard time finding something to criticise to help you..
The perspective is not the best for a Warcraft icon, I rather recommend using the total front perspective for eyes,
but yours is fine.
Maybe the scales, they could be a bit more close together, creating a more armoured illusion.

Hm, I would try to make them slightly bigger, that's all, increasing their breadth
Maybe also sharper, to make the dragon look more evil and stronger, if you would like to add a strength touch to him,
