Definitely better. I also highly approve of drawing over screenshots (as opposed to just using a screenshot by itself). However, you may want to consider zooming in a bit more on the face; most of Wc3's Hero Icons are a pretty detailed, high-contrast look at only the face & not much else.

It could deffinetly need improvements the mouth for example looks like it's 1 dm infront of the helmet.
