Nice capture on way how Blizz artists shade their icons. But the whiteness makes him look plastic.

He's no longer pale, so you removed that effect just by going with sharper colors.

I love it atm, but I ain't sure how much will it be actually useful due to no corresponding resource, but I'll approve it anyways ASAP I get home.

There are plenty of situations where there wouldn't be a 'corresponding resource' yet it still be an incredibly useful icon. Lots of spell & ability icons are this way, and I daresay we could always use more & crazier weapon/armor icons. Research/Upgrade icons that go places the game doesn't explore would be super-useful as well (troll bat-sight? draenei elephant tusks? Orc engineering? etc).

In this case, a "generic" Draenei is pretty darn useful, IMO. : )
