Very good work, but you can make it better:

-Darken the shadings on the inner part a bit
-Sharpen the edges between the blade and the handle

You should separate the blade from the rest of the axe. You see how's it like in this picture, blade is brighter than the rest of axe. That's what you should do, yours looks like it's a stone axe... and yeah, work a bit on the shading.
