Well, if compare ur big arts and icons - you need some greater expirience or feelings of perspective and icon prettyness. So, currently it's looks better than half of icons uploaden to the hive but has a realy big problems cuz on icon just a grandpa with white beards, not a genie. For a fix try zoom a little out, angle him to a side, add some magic glow to the eyes, and he will already more recognizable as a genie and a magic creature.
