Anyways, looks great. A version without the eyes could be nice. As well as a version with the torch unlit.

Shading to the eyes... The eyes is a sort of a short glow on this icon. So shading eyes may be this: From center the eye is brighter. If you people mean darken up all eyes when light is not strong and light them up if they are near tourch. What exacly you mean?

Less eyes and that fire should be larger in the proportion of the torches size, but the quality, as always, is amazing.

If fire will be huge as it must be, than eyes will be not so clearly visible. So I made small fire, like tourch just flamed up

Kola, that I did in old version eyes was red at middle and faded in dark from edges.
