I don't think they're gems, I saw them as gaps in the sword.

I can see why. This gets a 5. Just put a bit more definition on the edge of the spikes(or whatever the hell they are) near the base.

Amazing work, I've a very soft spot for beautifully sculptured aura/glow.
It may only be something reasonably happy for you. But it's a tremendous
joy for me
