Anyways the icon looks nice. The background could maybe use some light. And the person/ghost should be maybe done in a way that he has a hood? Dunno anyway this is certanly nice about 4/5.

Well, another good icon that I can't find any use of it :|. Well maybe a hero map, with a banshee to be used as an ability, or maybe some sort of research.
