zombie2279: It's still "plain", but not because it lack details, precisely because its shading is all wrong, and the demon looks like as if he was cut out from paper. Add some shading to the proportions and do the muscles, it lacks a proper 3D-ish placement.

Ok, but you might wanna lose the whole red/orange feel too fit in the backround because as the demon has red skin. Improvements look good though cant really see anything too change at the moment.

The overall anatomy of the demon is wrong. Try drawing reference pictures, or looking at some. Also the flare must go xD
