I3lackDeath: The shield doesn't look neither like a shield nor three-dimensional, the arrow needs better definition aswell.
Additionally, the effect you created behind the shield creates an image of it moving towards the arrow.
Also, this is very generic, as we already have a defence icon ingame, featuring a shield and arrows. Try to come up with a unique idea.

It would be nice, but you need to imporve shading, and highlighting, texturing etc.
