I think that the huge space between the mouth and the nose is definitely NOT sexy, either the square-shaped nose u.u
Also the hair doesn't help it quite much, it makes her look deform x.x

It is a heart, ive made this from the proportions of the silence icon. So remmind that from near the things look bigger (but of course you dont actually see when you are kissing).

The hair actually helps filling the icon, cause else it would be just a lot of skin. Try it ingame to see if you change your mind (Aka ive choosen Cindy Crawford style for this icon --look at the lil sexy point near the lip)

Also when some one opens the mouth the only jaw bone moving is the lower one, making the lips look further away from the nose (and in some cases making a person look stupid)
