Sin'dorei300: Needs more work.
Read some 2d-art tutorials and practice a while, then if u consider u have 'nough experience draw something from scratch with proper shading and shape.
Also, try looking to some real-life pics when u're drawing things like mushrooms & stuff.

Sin'dorei300: Much better than the old one, but the blue on the bg is too saturated.
Make the details more visible and reduce blurriness.

Sharpen the mushroom and tone down(a bit) the background.

It doesn't look bad it's just that this is something that I could have drawn in third grade, the foot is just a yellow line with some poorly drawn gray lines in it. It could as PlankingWolf say have more details for example you could bend the hat upwards showing the underside of it like this. Shadows should also be cast on the foot of the mushroom. 1/5

Honestly, though, the detail is very lacking; it's too cartoony, and looks like something I would have drawn in MS Paint when I was 8.

Drawing a mushroom is pretty straight-forward, it would be a waste of my time to fully explain everything that you need to do, when you can just image search for mushrooms and get plenty of ideas as to what they're supposed to look like and how the details, shadings and highlights should look.

For now, I'm going to have to rate this a 1/5. Sorry. If you do improve it, don't forget to send me a message so that I can come back and possibly raise my rating.

Edit: Aaaaand now it looks like a space beacon. Still better. 2/5.

Here the background is more interesting, it's just a bit too saturated.
Overall the icon needs to be clearer(sharpen it).

Since the mushroom depcist some sort of "death" as what my mind can visualize it, maybe you could make the BG a little dark instead of blue but I don't know if this will work out for Sin'dorei300.

But at it's current state, in all seriousness, it looks good and detailed enough. Good job and can turn out useful, +rep.
