Yes. I was going to say it looks really simple and to add detail but it's kinda hard with such a small space to work with. Can't really suggest what kind of details to add but with some good details on the staff it would look pretty cool.

_{I think a like. Starfall kind of thing would be cool to surround it in. Not too much opacity, don't want it to overwhelm the staff but that kind of purple light thing would be pretty cool.}

I'm really satisfied with how this icon turned out. I think the background could do better, but I'm bad at effects and... don't really know what to do with it.

Just screw with the background layer and see where it takes you. Or just add some glow but that would distort the main picture.

Bad idea, Making it bigger would begin to overwhelm the staff itself.
